About the name
Pricogni — price + cognoscere (Latin: to know, recognise, perceive). The same root gives us cognition, recognise, and connoisseur. Most competitor-price tools collect data. We built Pricogni around the harder problem: knowing which row is which product, recognising when a price has changed in a way that matters, and perceiving patterns across the noise. The cognition is the product.
